Q: Can I rent if I’m on a student or tourist visa?

——>Yes. We accept all valid Australian visas. Just bring your ID and proof of address.

Q: What’s the minimum rental period?

——>Our bikes require a minimum of 2 weeks.

Q: How soon can I get the bike?

——>Usually a 10-minute pickup if your documents are ready and stock is available.

Q: What’s included with the rental?

——>Battery, GPS, phone holder, lock, delivery bag, free maintenance & support.

Q: How much is the bond?

——>$200–$500 depending on your visa type and proof of address.
